You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded using the original mode of payment.
Cancellation requests made after the first 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as service access or digital activation may already have occurred.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days. The credited amount will appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Refunds may not be applicable for cases involving customer negligence, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. MSI BillBook reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.
