1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded using the original mode of payment.

Cancellation requests made after the first 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as service access or digital activation may already have occurred.

2. Refund Eligibility

The following conditions apply for refund requests:

  • Full refunds are available if the request is made within 7 working days of payment.
  • Refunds are not processed once services have been delivered, activated, or utilized.
  • Certain services such as domain registration, setup fees, or digital product licenses are non-refundable due to their one-time activation nature.
3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days. The credited amount will appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds may not be applicable for cases involving customer negligence, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. MSI BillBook reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.
